Public Courses or Training at Your Workplace?

The standard private Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course covers up to 12 learners. For a larger team, share the numbers and we can help plan the sessions.

Example: Training a Team of Twelve

A business with twelve colleagues needing EFAW could book one private course rather than arrange twelve separate places on public courses. The team learns together, with examples relevant to its own work.

The private EFAW price of £449 plus VAT works out at about £37.42 plus VAT each when all twelve attend. See the EFAW course page for current prices and what is included.

Choose Your Course and Training Format

Most regular workplaces choose ‘Emergency First Aid at Work’ (EFAW) for the main workplace emergencies. For higher-risk work around machinery or on construction sites, consider ‘First Aid at Work’ (FAW): it adds training for injuries and illnesses such as fractures, spinal injuries, asthma and diabetes.

Standard EFAW takes one full training day. Full FAW has three days of learning; our blended option combines 2 days online and 1 day in person. Allow time for the online learning as well as practical attendance.

Keep a trained First Aider available while others attend.
