Aid course.
We recommend our Emergency First Aid at Work public course.
(Don’t worry about the ‘At Work’ part of the course name. This
simply refers to the level of training provided. The course covers
all of your family-life essentials.)
This is a full 1-day course covering everything you’d expect –
including CPR, choking, burns, bleeds, fainting, seizures, shocks,
unconsciousness and more.
The course also comes with official, recognised certification –
meaning that it can help toward your future employment
prospects, too.
