Online learning, hands-on practice and a little less time away from work.

Blended First Aid combines online learning with a practical session led by a trainer. You prepare at your own pace, then practise the skills together.
It reduces time together in the classroom while keeping the full learning and assessment for the qualification. Both parts are required.
Complete the online learning for your booking before the practical session, following your course instructions. Allow time to work through the material at your own pace.
If you already hold an eligible FAW certificate, a separate shorter requalification course is available.
A team choosing full FAW can complete its two online days individually, then come together for the practical day. That reduces the number of days everyone needs to be in one classroom at the same time.
Private training uses examples relevant to your workplace. During the practical session, staff practise cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), choking and other required skills, with guidance and feedback from the trainer.
Start with EFAW, full FAW or the appropriate Paediatric qualification for your role. Then decide whether its available blended format suits you.
Use the joining instructions to plan access to the online learning and the practical venue. If you need help with the booking or study access, contact us before the session.
Book a place on a public course, or arrange a private course at your workplace, customised to your team.
