Which Course Should I Choose?
Most regular workplaces choose Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) for core emergencies. Consider full First Aid at Work (FAW) for higher-risk work, such as machinery or construction, where broader injury training is useful. The Paediatric First Aid 12-Hour course (full PFA) is the usual starting point for childminding and designated early years cover, while Emergency Paediatric First Aid provides core baby and child skills.

Choose standard EFAW for one full training day. Full FAW has three days of learning, with a blended option of two days online and one practical day.
What Happens on the Training Day?
You get practical with CPR manikins, defibrillators, choking jackets, EpiPen trainers and more. Your trainer demonstrates each skill, helps you try it and answers your questions.
