We recommend booking at least 6 weeks ahead, especially for on-site team training in Wigan. That said, we always do our best to fit in shorter-notice bookings when we can.

Yes. Each trainer covers up to 12 attendees in a single course. For larger Wigan workforces we send multiple trainers to cover everyone on the same day, or split the training across consecutive days, whichever suits your team better.

Every course includes a First Aid manual for each attendee and full hands-on practical training with CPR manikins, AED trainers and other equipment relevant to your course. Most courses include an accredited certificate, usually valid for 3 years. Ofqual certification also available.
Some courses also include 3-year online refresher access, an AI First Aid chatbot or Secure Certification with QR verification, check the individual course page for exactly what’s included with each one.
