Who We Are
Manchester First Aid Training was established in 2010 – providing fun,
interactive, life-saving courses throughout Greater Manchester and the North West.
We’re local and we’re proud.
We regularly train all the local giants you already know, including the NHS, ITV & Coronation Street, Manchester Council, the Trafford Centre, Manchester Airport, and more.
We’ve also been heavily featured in local media, after many of our students went on to save lives with their newfound skills.
The team at Manchester First Aid Training now offer over a dozen First Aid courses, each designed to help protect your team and your business. And all delivered in a unique, engaging style that ensures you’ll remember your skills for many years to come.

About Jo-Anne
In the early 2000s, founder Jo-Anne Moore lost a close friend to sudden cardiac
arrest – with no-one knowing what to do next. She tried to learn First Aid, only to
find herself bored during 8-hour long PowerPoint training sessions.
In 2010, she founded Manchester First Aid Training with one simple goal: to
provide engaging, hands-on life-saving courses for local people and businesses.
She pioneered a unique style of training – incorporating immersive hands-on
experiences and multimedia elements – all delivered in a signature, down-to-
earth training style.
Today, Manchester First Aid Training has grown into the North West’s premier
provider of First Aid training – while still retaining its unique training style and
personal approach.
